Description
Characteristics
This toilet paper machine comes outfitted with 2 axles for loading the raw materials, called jumbo rolls ( Usually the jumbo rolls have the following thicknesses : 13 - 18 g/sqm for double layered jumbo rolls, 18 - 22 g/sqm for simple layer and 13 - 15 g/sqm for 3 layered paper; but it is not mandatory). This machine cam process recycled paper also.
The perforation size can be adjusted in between 100 and 150 mm.
The feeding, gluing and cutting of the tubes is made automatically and so are the finished rolls.
This machine have a working speed up to 150 meters / minute, whilst the exterior diameter of the finished roll can be set up in between 90 and 170 mm.
The machine is equipped with a PLC system to help you set the data of the toilet paper rolls.
